Custom Builds

This 1/4 scale Fiat CR.42 ‘Falco’ was designed & built entirely from scratch by ourselves giving a wingspan of 95″ (2.41m) and an length of a little under 82″ (2.08m). The model is of traditional timber construction with fabric covering on all open structure areas and glass cloth & epoxy on all simulated metal surfaces. The engine cowling, wheels spats & U/C fairings plus all cabane & interplane struts are all moulded in epoxy glass. Power is provided by a Moki 180cc 5-cylinder radial, with radio system from Powerbox & Futaba.
